Plan from where you are
Start with the basics: which areas fit your work and family, how far you’re willing to drive to town, and what you need from the property. Many of these decisions can be made before you book a flight.

Video tours, then in person
I walk properties on video so you can narrow the list from home. When you’re ready to come out, we book showings for the best few in one trip.

Check what you can’t see
Well flow and water quality, the septic system, the title, and any easements or surface leases on the property. I explain what each report means before you remove conditions.

Close from a distance
I coordinate the lawyer, inspectors and possession timeline so you can sign from wherever you are. One bonus: Alberta has no provincial sales tax and no land transfer tax, only land title registration fees.
